Beginners Class (Age 5 years old and over) – Monday 5:45pm-6:30pm
Advance Kids & Adult Class (Age 6 and over) – Monday 6:30pm-8:00pm
The classes are focused on exposing students to Dojo etiquette, basic and development of self-confidence and discipline. This program puts emphasis on the following areas:
- Fitness (Fun Cardio, Endurance and Strength Training Exercises)
- Flexibility
- Basic Coordination
- Self-Awareness
- Basic Blocking, Striking and Kicking Techniques
- Discipline / Confidence Building Exercises
- Respect (Through Reinforcement of Dojo Etiquette)
