Kids & Family Karate Classes (Ages 6 and over) – The classes are focused on exposing students to Dojo etiquette, basic techniques and development of self-confidence and discipline. This program puts emphasis on the following areas:

  • Fitness (Fun Cardio, Endurance and Strength Training Exercises)
  • Flexibility
  • Basic Coordination
  • Self-Awareness
  • Basic Blocking, Striking and Kicking Techniques
  • Discipline / Confidence Building Exercises
  • Respect (Through Reinforcement of Dojo Etiquette)
